You can find New Calslagen on the Herenweg in Kudelstaart next to the monument: “de oude Heerlijkheid Calslagen”. The ensemble of houses between the Herenweg and Westeinderplassen refers to the old glory Calslagen, which in the 19th century, was washed away by the water. The design of the homes are a modern interpretation of the small buildings that once existed on this spot.
